Shipping & Returns
We ship across India. Orders over ₹999 ship free; below that, shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are dispatched from our facility within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Because our products are personal-care items, we accept returns only for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If that happens, write to business@skineeti.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, contact details, and shipping address for order fulfilment, and your email if you join our list. Payment details are handled entirely by our checkout provider (Shopify) and never touch our servers.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the partners required to deliver your order — payment processing and courier services. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to business@skineeti.com.
Terms of Service
All products are cosmetic formulations intended for external use only, as described on each pack. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Perform a patch test before first use, and discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant, nursing, or under dermatological care, consult your physician before starting new actives.
